Hide and Seek - Imogen Heap

by Staff Writer

Artist: Imogen Heap
Song Title: Hide & Seek

Apart from all of the rock that you are listening, this is something that you should definitely listen to what Imogen has to offer. Actually, I’ll post another video here that is a live performance, and believe me she is good. I believe imogen Heap is an UK artist, and not very popular there for reasons that I cannot say. The first paragraph from wikipedia says:

“Imogen Heap (pronounced /ˈɪmoÊŠdÊ’É™n ˈhiË?p/[1]) (born December 9, 1977) is a Grammy nominated English singer-songwriter from Romford, London, most famous for her work as part of Frou Frou and for her 2005 solo record Speak for Yourself, which she wrote, produced and mixed herself. In 2006, she was nominated for two Grammy Awards.”

This last video down here you have to check out. She does all of the music orientation by herself, all with some simple recording technology. Apart from her ability to hit the highest note possible, she can also be a whole band by herself. Now, if you listen to the cd, (No, not from Frou Frou, her old band that she was in) you will find that she sounds just the same, unlike a lot of other rock bands (cough. yellowcard :p)

Well, I hope you enjoyed a little change in music , its about time anyways. That is all folks here today at Music Bender, I hope you enjoyed your visit, and I also hope to see you soon, mabye if you want to talk about some other band or type of music, please feel free to leave a comment :!:
