NIN Sonisphere and Metallica

metallica_signed_photo2Metallica’s concert at Marlay Park in Dublin, Ireland on August 1st, 2009 is now being described as a ‘mini-festival’. Bands confirmed so far are:
Metallica
Avenged Sevenfold
Alice In Chains
Thin Lizzy
Mastodon
Lamb of God
The Sword
Tickets priced €76.50 go on sale on Tuesday, March 10th.

Nine Inch Nails head the latest additions to this year’s Sonisphere festival.

Also added to the Metallica and Linkin Park headlined festival are:
Anthrax
Airbourne
Killing Joke
Bullet For My Valentine
Avenged Sevenfold
Machine Head
Lamb Of God
Alice In Chains
Mastodon
Thin Lizzy
The Sword

The bash is set to take place on August 1st - 2nd at Knebworth.
